Information stored on your device
Calculator unit preferences, saved tools, tracker entries, challenge notes, and private usage insights may be stored in your browser using local storage. This information normally remains on that device and is not included in newsletter records.
Newsletter and challenge information
When you subscribe, LeanMetric stores your email address, selected frequency, signup source, subscription status, and email-delivery history in a Cloudflare database. Resend processes email delivery. Every campaign email includes an unsubscribe link.
Analytics
LeanMetric currently records privacy-friendly interaction events in your browser. If hosted analytics is enabled later, this policy will be updated before personal or cross-device analytics are collected.
Retention and your choices
You can clear local browser data at any time. You can unsubscribe from email using the link in any message. For access or deletion requests related to a subscription, contact privacy@myleanmetric.com.
Health information
Do not submit medical records through newsletter forms. Calculator results are educational estimates. Review the medical disclaimer before using health-related tools.
Service providers and international visitors
Cloudflare provides hosting and database services, and Resend provides email delivery. Data may be processed in countries different from your own, subject to each provider's safeguards and applicable law.
