Affiliate disclosure

How LeanMetric may earn from product recommendations

Some future product links on LeanMetric may be affiliate links. If a reader buys through those links, LeanMetric may earn a commission at no extra cost to the reader.

Our recommendation standard

LeanMetric is built around practical weight-loss planning, calculators, habit tracking, and educational guides. Product mentions should support that purpose. We aim to recommend items that are useful for ordinary readers, such as kitchen scales, walking shoes, meal prep containers, hydration tools, and simple tracking products.

Affiliate links

When affiliate links are added, they will be clearly disclosed. A commission may be paid to LeanMetric if a purchase is made through an eligible link. This does not change the price paid by the reader.

Health and medical boundaries

Product recommendations are not medical advice. LeanMetric does not recommend extreme dieting, unsafe supplements, miracle fat-loss claims, or products that replace professional care. Readers with medical conditions, pregnancy, eating disorder history, medication changes, or very low calorie diets should speak with a qualified clinician.

Editorial independence

Affiliate revenue should not decide whether a recommendation is useful. Pages should explain why a product category may help, who it is best for, and when it may not be necessary.
